Hours, phone and insurance
Open Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, at all three clinics. Closed Sundays. Those extended hours are deliberate: therapy should fit around school and around your work, not force you to choose.

We accept Simply Healthcare, TriCare, Humana, Sunshine Health, Sunshine Health CMS (Children’s Medical Services), Florida KidCare, Step Up For Students, Ambetter and Molina Healthcare. Children’s Medical Services members move from Sunshine Health to Molina Healthcare on October 1, 2026; we accept both, so nothing about your child’s therapy has to change. What are Hopeful Therapies’ hours?
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, at our Brandon, Lakeland and Winter Haven clinics. We are closed on Sundays.
Is there a waitlist?
No. We do not keep a waitlist. Once your benefits are verified and the assessment is authorized we schedule your child, usually within days.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Our team serves families in English and Spanish, and this entire website is available in both languages.
A credentialed, coordinated team
Your child’s therapists work alongside our Board Certified Behavior Analysts, so ABA, speech, occupational and physical therapy goals reinforce each other instead of competing.
